Debbie's Jewelry Hawaii ("we," "us") is a family jewelry shop in Waipahu, Hawaiʻi, open since 1991. This page explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address, the subject, and your message. If you email us a photo for a repair quote, we keep the photo with your request.

• When you buy from us or leave a piece with us: the details we need to fill your order or do the work, such as your name, phone number, email and address. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not see or keep your full card number.

• Automatically: like most websites, this site's host records basic technical information (browser type, pages visited, approximate location) to keep the site working and to count visits.

How we use it

To answer you, give you a repair quote, fill your order or repair, tell you when it is ready, and keep the books of the shop. We do not use it for anything else.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the companies that help us run the shop (our website host, our payment processor, our email provider and, for shipped orders, the carrier), and only what they need to do that job.

Text messages

We do not text you unless you ask us to or agree to it. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts from us (for example, a reminder that your repair or layaway is ready or due), we use the number only for that. Mobile phone numbers, and the agreement to receive text messages, are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling or writing to us at the details below. We will answer within a reasonable time.
