Welcome to the Debbie's Jewelry Hawaii website. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site; you are always welcome to call or visit the shop.

Pricing. Our Hawaiian heirloom prices come from the day's gold price, the weight of the piece and the work involved. Gold moves daily and our prices move with it. The price we confirm when you order is the price you pay.

Our photographs. Every piece is photographed here. Where a piece is shown with a name engraved on it, that is an example of the work; your piece carries the name you choose. Each piece is engraved by hand, so no two are identical, and small variation is a mark of hand work, not a defect.

Availability. Some pieces are made to order and some are one of a kind. If something you've ordered isn't available, we'll call you and either make it or refund you in full.

Repair quotes. A quote given through this site or by email is an estimate until we have seen the piece. We will tell you the price before we begin work.

Our designs. The photographs, designs and text on this site are ours. Our Hawaiian designs are our own work and are not to be copied.

Using this site. Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it. We may change or remove content at any time. We do our best to keep the information here accurate but cannot promise it is free of errors.

Limits of liability. The site and its content are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using this site. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
